Overview: 

Howmuch Pvt Limited is seeking for Call center Sales Lead/Trainer with at least 05 years of experience as a Lead sales in a call center industory with proven track record of sales coaching. 

Major Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process, develops individual coaching plans, provides resources and assistance, and schedules orientation drive-alongs with senior representatives.
  • Conducts exercise sessions for new and current sales employees.
  • Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials.
  • Observes sales encounters and collects feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions.
  • Coordinates with other sales trainers and sales managers.
  • Structures training plans to meet financial objectives.
  • Hires and onboards new sales trainees.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
  • Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Adhering to company's policies, standards and procedures in the performance of job duties.

Qualifications: 

  • Excellent prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • At least 04 of experience as a sales coach, training specialist, or a similar position
  • Ability to measure performance
  • Experience with building and developing teams
  • Outstanding coaching skills
  • Background in Computer Sciences, and related field is plus
  • High energy level with strong motivation for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to understand and navigate through complex political environments
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical.
  • Experience/Knowledge of Hubspot CRM is a plus.
